The 2013–14 EMUFA Cup was the second edition of the EMUFA Cup, which began in September 2013 with the first qualifying round and ended in February 2014. Nineteen teams participated in the competition from fourteen nations.

The first qualifiers were held over two legs, with the first leg being played on 18 September 2013, and the second on 25 September 2013. Ties were settled by the away goals rule after 90 minutes, or by extra time and penalties if there was still no winner.

The second qualifiers were held over two legs, with the first leg being played on 2 October 2013, and the second on 9 October 2013. Ties were settled by the away goals rule after 90 minutes, or by extra time and penalties if there was still no winner.
