The 2018–19 AEFA Cup was the sixth edition of the AEFA Cup, which began on 29 August 2018 with the first qualifying round and culminated with the final in May 2019. Seventy teams participated in the competition from twenty-eight nations.
Allocation of places
The number of places allocated to each nation depended on their AEFA national coefficient. This list excludes teams that dropped down from the Champions' League.
