Honourable Air Corporation

The Honourable Air Corporation, t/a the Honourable Air Corps (also known more colloquially as the ESB Aviation Group), is a private aviation and logistics consultancy company, operated as a wholly owned subsidiary of the Directorate of Security for the Honourable Company. Headquartered in Hurmu, it maintains operational centres in the Benacian Union, Constancia, and the International Mandate.

History

Established as the ESB Aviation Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of the ESB Group (Apollonia) reporting to the Directorate of Security for the Honourable Company. The enterprise specialised in the provision of aviation support services to corporate and governmental clients. Registered on 7.VIII.1703 AN in Tiegang, with offices leased in the Blackfriars district of that city.

Commencing from 13.VIII.1703 AN, the ESB Aviation Group was awarded a five year contract for the provision of air policing services in Lontinien and adjoining territories by Defence Services Command of Hurmu. Contract extended to 1712 AN, and then re-awarded for a ten year period (1712 AN – 1724 AN).

In 1728 AN ESB Aviation Group was restructured as the Honourable Air Corporation, t/a the Honourable Air Corps, headquartered in Huyenkula, with subsidiary offices in Tiegang, Aqaba, Chryse, and Erudition.

The HAC suffered heavy losses during the Sathrati Emergency and duly was obliged to reconstitute its strength in the Benacian Union during 1733 AN – 1735 AN.

Evacuated to Arboria ahead of the Shiro-Benacian War.

Following a review, the Board of Directors of the Honourable Company resolved at a meeting on 3.I.1741 to permit the acquisition of the Kildare Aviation Corporation by the Company, with the former operated as a subsidiary, where the Vice Chair of the Kildare Aviation Corporation shall always be the chief of the Honourable Air Corporation, and that the Chair of the Kildare Aviation Corporation shall always be the Director of Apollonian Operations. The Board of Directors in that same meeting resolved further that an office of both the Kildare Aviation Corporation and the Honourable Air Corporation be established in Tirlar and elsewhere in Northern Arboria, in the Principality of Arboria.

It established an office and hangar in Tiegang International Airport beginning 1745. The company acquired rights to a hanger and storage yards within the perimeter of Musica Airport on 22.XI.1747.

Contracted for air support and logistics operations in support of the Imperial Constancian Armed Forces and Trans-Euran Command during the invasion of Banh Nam during 1753 AN.
