The 2022–23 Liga Mataba (also known as the IAI Super Liga Mataba due to sponsorship reasons) is the 1st season of the Liga Mataba, the sole professional league in Mataba. The season ran from late October and ended in early April.

Mataba Sailors claimed the first LiM title in its history and became record champions.

Format

The following key changes were made to the rules since the 2022 season:

  1. Cheetahs XII can only register under-23 players and are entitled to 4 overaged players.
