The 2022–23 FKFB-Pokal is the fourth edition of the FVL-Pokal. The competition will determine Lamantia's entrant for the 2023–24 AEFA Champions' League. The tournament was open to all Lamantian clubs in the top six tiers of Senyan football, totalling 29 teams for this season.

AFC Colgrad, Borussia Bergdorf and King's Lynn Town received a bye to the First Round. Matches were played on 19 October 2022, with the exception of the games involving Borussia Bergdorf and King's Lynn Town, which were played on 26 October 2022.
