The Hydro Radio Network (Sangunese: 水力ラジオ放送協議会, translit.: Suiryoku Rajio Hōsō Kyōgi-kai?, Phineaner: Rangkaian Radio Hydro; Taesongean: 하이드로라디오네트워크; RR: Haideuro Radio Neteuwokeu) is a commercial radio network in Phinbella that has covered all of Phinbella and Desaremix, it is also one of the famous FM radio networks in Phinbella. It is also commonly known as the Hydro Radio Broadcasting Network Association (Phineaner: Persatuan Rangkaian Penyiaran Radio Hydro). It was established on April 2, -8BP as a second FM network in Phinbella after PFN. HRN also competes healthily with the national and local KBS FM Stereo network, PFN, JFL and even MegaNet.
PhinCapital FM and H!Wave FM are the flagship stations of the network. HRN now has 20 affiliated radio stations. HRN's main ambition is to respect the operations of each of its affiliates, letting each affiliate develop on its own terms, except for joining with a central station for newscasts or special coverage. The network is a cooperative, with each affiliate offering its resources when useful. Its chairman is Kim Tae-myeon (president and CEO of PhinCapital FM Corporation) which he was appointed on November 10, RP 2618.
