KBS Cartoon FM (Phineaner: Radio KBS Cartoon FM; Taesongean: KBS 까르툰FM), previously known as KBS 7Radio Phinbellan Aborigines (Phineaner: KBS Radio 7 Orang Asli; Taesongean: KBS 제7라디오), is a national radio station owned and operated by Keopuchean Broadcasting System (KBS), a Phinbellan public broadcaster and broadcasts from North Wing One Level, Wisma Radio, Nilam Puri Broadcasting Complex, Negara Awan. It is a radio station dedicated to Phinbellan Aborigines cultural programming as well as broadcasting Aboriginal music and news, and broadcasts in the Proto-Phineaner languages of Toromuan and Ahakun, as well as Aslian languages such as Csemei and Ruontokunian. KBS Cartoon FM broadcasts for fifteen hours daily from 08:00 to 23:00 NAT (09:20 to 00:20 PPT/11:00 to 02:00 TBST). It broadcasts through shortwave frequency 6.050 kHz and FM 91.1 MHz in Negara Awan.
The main motto and tagline for this service is "Lain Dari Yang Lain" (Other than the Others) or in Aslian language "Moi Num Moi"
