KBS 3Radio (Phineaner: KBS Radio Tiga; Taesongean: KBS 제3라디오), known as Voice of Harmony (Phineaner: Suara Harmoni; Taesongean: 조화의 소리) is a radio station owned and operated by Keopuchean Broadcasting System, a Phinbellan public broadcaster. It broadcasts welfare information, policy and daily information of the Phinbellan Community Box for disadvantaged people, such as the persons with disabilities, the elderly and social minorities, it also broadcasts family information and policy and broadcasts sports programmes. The songs broadcast in this radio station are classic hit pop songs from -40BPs to RP 2610s. The main motto and tagline of this radio service is "Inspire a Happy Family, Your Family and Sports Channel". Voice of Harmony began broadcasting on 14 October -8BP as supplementary audio (SCA) of KBS Radio 1's FM broadcast, while the AM broadcast of this service began broadcasting in -14BP as Yellow Network and was replaced by the regional radio service of KBS Radio 2 and also Education FM. On December 20, RP 2600, the AM broadcast of KBS Radio 2 was incorporated, and a separate AM radio broadcasting network was established under the name of KBS Radio 3. The Voice of Harmony service operates and broadcasts daily from 06:00 to 03:00 NAT (07:20 to 04:20 PPT/09:00 to 06:00 TBST) the following day.
