KBS 1TV, known as KBS TV1, KBS1 or KBS 1TV Channel 4, formerly known as CBC-TV and KBS-TV Channel 4, is the oldest free-to-air terrestrial television channel in Phinbella, a major television service from a Phinbellan public broadcaster, Keopuchean Broadcasting System (KBS). KBS 1TV is famous for its tagline is Generating Inspiration (Phineaner: Menjana Inspirasi). Its programming on KBS 1TV is general, it includes news, current affairs programs, dramas, quizzes, documentaries, music, culture, talks, children's programming, anime and nostalgia shows, as well as religious programs including a program entitled "Religious Pulpit" (Phineaner: Mimbar Agama) for all religions in Phinbella, as well as special programs. The channel is famous for its nightly news broadcast, Warta Perdana, as well as having broadcast the highest rated anime and the most prestigious song competition, the PyeongrangVision Song Festival, it is also famous for broadcasting locally made animation. Its programming is also available in four Phinbellan national languages, and the channel broadcasts programs from overseas that have been dubbed using its own standard Multichannel Television Sound system, PIEPh MTS, as well as the NICAM method.

KBS 1TV also has local programming broadcast from KBS local broadcasting station, known as KBS 1TV Programme 2.

KBS 1TV broadcasts for 24 hours every day except Friday and Sunday, where it ends its broadcast late at night at 02:00 NAT and resumes its broadcast in the morning at 07:00 NAT.

Launched on 20 April -20BP, KBS known as CBC was the first single television network on Phinbella before NNN Channel 7 launched four years later.
