Televisyen Pendidikan Phinbella (Phineaner for Phinbellan Educational Television; Taesongean: 핀벨라 교육 텔레비전; RR: Phinbella Gyoyuk Tellebijeon; MR: P'inbella Kyoyuk T'ellebijŏn, abbreviated as TPP) is a Phinbellan educational public television network that covers the Phinbellan territory, TPP together with Radio Pendidikan Phinbella (RPP) are part of the educational public broadcaster, Radio Televisyen Pendidikan Phinbella (RTPP), where it is the only major Phinbellan radio and television network without a separate regional service and is owned, published and operated by the Technology and Education Resources Division, Phinbellan Ministry of Education. This television network broadcasts educational programming for various school subjects as well as some educational entertainment produced both inside and outside of Phinbella. Phinbellan Education Television was launched in -11BP as a programming block in Phinbella 2 (now FPPO 2) as Phinbella 3 and KBS 2TV and the regional station of KBS Programa 2 as KBS 3TV, until becoming an independent company in RP 2600 with the establishment of its own television station.
