Kyōminkei Television Communications Network (Sangunese: 京民経テレビコミュニケーションネットワーク, translit.: Kyōminkei Terebi Komyunikēshon Nettowāku?, Phineaner: Rangkaian Komunikasi Televisyen Kyōminkei; Taesongean: 경민경텔레비전커뮤니케이션네트워크; RRGyeongmingyeong Tellebijeon Keomyunikeisyeon Neteuwokeu; abbrevated as KTK) is a free-to-air commercial television broadcaster and mass media company of Phinbella, one of the leading television broadcasters covering the Free area of ​​the Federation before becoming a national broadcaster. KTK is owned and operated by Kyōminkei Television Communications Network Corporation, a subsidiary of Kyōminkei Inc. which is itself controlled by The Kyōminkei Shimbun. Its headquarters are located in Changkat Rembian, Pos Appat District, Negara Awan where it is also the headquarters of Kyōminkei newspaper. KTK is one of the "Big Six" broadcasters based in Negara Awan along with SBS, ARF, TBS, THB and DBS, which is known for broadcasting and producing the best locally produced drama and animation series. Its flagship terrestrial television station is KTK TV, broadcast as channel 9 on analogue, digital and cable with the call sign TQCX-DTV.

Established on March 27, -10BP, KTK began trial broadcasts on February 20, -9BP and officially began broadcasting on June 11, -9BP. KTK was the first station to produce a mixed Sangunese-Taemhwanian style game show in Phinbella proper, and began exporting to Forajasaki and Desaremix first before going abroad afterwards. KTK is also famous for being home to the Spa-Q drama series franchise which began airing in RP 2602 until ending in RP 2617.
