PhinCapital FM, known as HRN PhinCapital FM, also known as PhinCapital FM Broadcasting Co., Ltd. (株式会社フィンキャピタルエフエム放送, Kabushiki gaisha Finkyapitaru Efuemu Hōsō?, Taesongean: 주식회사 핀캐피탈FM 방송; RRJusikhoesa Pinkaepital FM Bangsong) is a Phinbellan commercial radio station located in Pos Appat, Negara Awan, launched and started operating on January 1, -8BP. This station transmitting and covers Negara Awan Capital Area, including Bandar Baru Fatin, and also covers the realm of Desaremix. It is an affiliate station of the Hydro Radio Network along with H!Wave FM which is also based in the city.

Timeline

PhinCapital FM started operations on January 1, -8BP. In the early years, PhinCapital FM was first transmitted to the city of Tampines only. The original frequency for this radio was FM 90.3 MHz and initially it broadcast for 15 hours a day. Its headquarters were initially located on Jalan Tabui Darussalam, opposite the Norrlandic Diaspora Association Building. On April 2, PhinCapital FM became part of the newly established Hydro Radio Network.

In RP 2601, PhinCapital FM first broadcast 24 hours a day until December, the station moved to Wisma HRN (now known as the Island-Wide Press Bureau Centre). The frequency of PhinCapital FM in Tampines was changed to FM 98.4 MHz. The station finally reduced its broadcast time to 21 hours a day starting in January RP 2602.

Around RP 2606, PhinCapital FM hired a new personality in an effort to rejuvenate itself. This station also expanded to several areas of surrounding islands and also several regions especially in Kernsopolis (now Bandar Baru Fatin), Carey Islands and New Territories (now Federal Special Capital Territory) and also Highland Bank, as well as part of Carpatho-Ïeu'ryádoche. Specials began airing during this time and the station took steps to attract the desired listener base for higher ad revenue. PhinCapital FM together with H!Wave FM has expanded its coverage outside Phinbella especially in Desaremix on April 2, RP 2607, with the frequency provided, the station broadcasts through FM 88.8 Mhz.

On April 2, RP 2617, PhinCapital FM together with H!Wave FM and its parent, HRN moved its headquarters to HRN Center located in Pos Appat. FM frequency of 98.4 MHz also moved to a transmitter in Negara Awan.
