The Region of the Phinbellan Euran States (Phineaner: Kawasan Negeri-Negeri Eura Phinbella), simply as the Phinbellan Euran State, abbrevation is PES, is a new geographical region in Phinbella located east of Eura, first created on 12.VIII.1729 after the region was annexed by Phinbella, it also borders Desaremix which is the newest realm of the Order of the Holy Lakes. Phinbellan Euran State is described as the largest region in Phinbella in terms of its area, it consists of three territories namely Shandānø'kaí, Kōkai and Paminorshan Free State. The Babkhi tribe is not the largest tribe but is also one of the natives in this region.
History
In 1729, the Senate and the Secretariat became aware of the discovery of alexandrium through contacts with Neo-Alexandrian colleagues and relations (for example, close family relationships between members of the Senate and the royal family of Nouvelle Alexandrie). As such, the Senate decided to fund quick and swift prospect assessments into the then Green of Eura. The initial assessments suggested industrially and economically extractable viable quantities of alexandrium. As such, the Senate authorized the establishment of colonies along the Green of Eura, a group of colonies under Phinbellan rule – the Phinbellan Euran States – and one colony to be set up as its own realm, Desaremix. In the end, however, no extractable alexandrium was found.
