Biography

Early life

Born 12.IV.1683 AN in Aqaba. His parents, like many others at that time, were displaced persons who had survived the evacuation of Vey during the Second Euran War only to be deposited into the Euranikon Resettlement City. His father had been able to secure work as a welder in the Akeraiótita Dockyards, whilst his mother had gained employment as a data assistant and later secretary for ESB Entertainment at Tower Five of The Enterprise Center, on Radiant Sun Plaza. By prudence and careful saving, the family was able to secure a deposit on an apartment in the New Town when Eutúkhios was eight years of age.

In spite of this youth, those early years in the Resettlement City had left Eutúkhios with the temperament of a brawler and the eye of an opportunist, something which would mark him out as a troublemaker in school. His reputation as a bully and vandal would see him caned repeatedly by the increasingly exasperated school master.

By the time he was enrolled into No.15 Gymnasium of the New Town to commence his secondary education, he had already begun to run with local street gangs, engaged in petty theft, extortion, muggings, and above all low level drug dealing.

To the dismay of his parents he would drop out of school at the age of fifteen without recieving a gymnasium certificate. Complaints from the neighbours regarding the ensuing fight between father and son would see the boy taken away to the magistrates' lock-up by the city's municipal police. Eutúkhios would subsequently be sentenced to a year of detention at a Reformatory in Arâk which would combine penance with forced labour at the Constancian Cement Corporation.

These experiences forged a resilient, street-smart character: resourceful yet antisocial, with a propensity for exploiting situations to his advantage rather than adhering to conventional norms.

Evaluation

Prepared by the Office of Strategic Interests Research Intelligence Service for the eyes of the Autokráteira only.
Sarlashkar Khlōrós embodies the archetype of a self-made survivor: ambitious, adaptable, and unapologetically opportunistic. His early criminality and later military misconduct point to a pragmatic amorality, he bends rules not out of ideological zeal but for personal gain and security. This is tempered by evident competence; his repeated promotions and planning roles indicate intelligence, organisational skill, and tactical insight.

Yet, there is little evidence of idealism, empathy, or introspection. Relationships appear transactional: two marriages (one ending in divorce), a wartime partnership, and several children, but no deep emotional bonds are highlighted. His reputation, inferred from actions, is that of a reliable yet ruthless operator—effective in hierarchical, authoritarian structures but likely distrusted in more principled circles.
