The PyeongrangVision Song Festival RP 2619 is the upcoming sixteenth edition of the PyeongrangVision Song Festival, it will take place and be held in Padang Yeop Silver Jubilee Indoor Arena, in the division of Padang Yeop of the Providenciales Bonin Islands and Seberang Pyojin, Straits Settlements, after the song representing the Phinbellan Maritime Territories which is the "Myth of 24 Hours" where re-sung by Gin was chosen as the winner for the previous edition at Pos Appat in RP 2618. It was organized by the Phineonesian Confederation Broadcasting Consortium (PCBC) and three host broadcasters, two public broadcasters Hi-Vi Free International Settlements Public Broadcasting Network, Tannyeugwa Public Broadcasting Network and commercial broadcasters Straits Settlements Broadcasting Corporation. The semi-finals are held in 30 April and 2 May, and the finals are held in 11 May. Due to the 2023 edition of the Microvision Song Contest held in Zeed is said to be held at 31th May, so this year's PyeongrangVision Song Festival is held at the end of Ramadan or a few days after the Aidilfitri festival, however, the organizers decided that the festival would be held eight days after Aidilfitri, and the finals would be held a week after the semi-finals. All three live shows were presented by local radio and television presenter Norazman Tukiman, local PP-pop singer Nim Jae-hyeol and Providencianesian-born TC-pop singer Mikata Matsuno-Pickles.
A total of 28 participants from the two constituent countries of the Phineonesian Confederation participated in the competition, and only 16 participants including the hosts qualified for the finals. Only five contestants who were in the previous edition could not return to the final round. Pokok Emas Islands, Sikin and Ghawur returned and qualified for the final round after their absence in the previous edition.
The winner of this edition is Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï, with the song "Butas Embau Kabalikan" (Sam-Sam Laut for "Separation Will Never Come Back"), performed by Phinean Tōnán'hyôrï and written by Den Bisa and Gypsy, this song is included in his third album, Bise. The contestant from Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï got a total of 108 points he received, as many as seven contestant judges gave 12 points, making Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï the first Hurmudan-Phinbellan condominium, and also making "Butas Embau Kabalikan" the first song to be sung in full in Sam-Sam Laut language to win the festival competition. The states of Barbara and Tabui, as well as Oriental Taemhwan and Tri-State Area completed the top five positions, previously the state of Barbara had never secured a position as a runner-up after becoming the champion in the RP 2612 edition.

Broadcasts
All participating broadcasters can choose to have on-site or remote commentators who provide insight into the show and voting information to their local audience. Although they must broadcast at least the semi-finals on radio broadcasts and the finals on both radio and television broadcasts, most broadcasters broadcast all three shows with different programming schedules. Likewise, some broadcasters who did not participate in the finals may still want to broadcast the finals.
As the semi-finals were broadcast via radio broadcast, the Phineonesian Confederation Broadcasting Consortium provided a live stream of both the semi-finals and the final via their official streaming channel without commentary, and via their official TikTok channel with additional backstage feeds. KBS and FBS broadcast the semi-finals on the streaming site KBSGo! and FBSKlik.
The host broadcasters, HiFISPBN and TPBN for the first time aired the trial broadcast in 4K ultra high definition. The contest was broadcast on its satellite channel broadcast in 4K as a higher version of the HD feed, as the two broadcasters were not yet fully equipped to broadcast original 4K content.
