Foreign relations of Barikalus

The Foreign relations of Francia is coordinated by the Kaiser. The signing of treaties, as well as the sending and receiving of diplomats are among the constitutional duties of Kaiser. Foreign diplomats are only recognized if the Kaiser has accepted their credentials, only then do those foreign diplomats enjoy diplomatic immunity as determined by law.

• Micronational Cartography Society (MCS)

Previously, foreign policy was characterized by good neighbourliness. But due to tensions with various neighbouring countries, Francia was forced to pursue the "Splendid Isolation" policy. During the Second Amokolian War that policy changed to "Splendid Allies".
