The Greco I cabinet was the 5th government of the Vegnese Republic. It was announced after 1721 Vegno Elections.
The Greco government was the first technocratic government in the history of Vegno due to the lack of a solid majority after the vote. Ungovernability, coupled with a lack of agreement between the forces in the Assemblea Nazionale, led President Antonio Visciglia to appoint a super partes extra-parliamentary figure with the aim of revising the electoral law and thus preventing such a situation from reoccurring. After several talks, lawyer Angelo Greco, a popular though controversial figure, was summoned to the Dilemma Palace to form the executive.
