The 1713 Vegnese regional elections took place in four regions of Vegno during 1713.
They were the second regional elections in those regions affected by the 1707 Vegno Annexation Referendum, after which thesere these four new regions were annexted to Vegno and officially extablished.
Each region has a "Regional Council" of 30 seats, assigned with a mixed proportional and majority system: 20 seats are allocated through a proportional system, while the other 10 are given to the political party of the President elected.
