Michelangelo Levati, commonly known olegnalehciM is an Italian micronationalist who has been in the micronational community of Micras since March 2022, when he created, alongside Antonio Visciglia and Luca Zarrella, the micronation of Vegno.

Michelangelo Levati was born in Trebisacce on December 20, 1997, a city in the northern part of the province of Cosenza, in the region of Calabria, Italy. He lived in Cassano allo Ionio for 19 years, until he completed his scientific high school education at the Liceo Lombardi-Satriani in 2016. After relocating to Turin (Piedmont, Italy), he studied at the Politecnico di Torino and obtained a bachelor's degree in Biomechanical Engineering in March 2020 and a master's degree in Mechatronic Engineering in December 2022 (fun fact: on the same day as his birthday). In October of the following year, he obtained his professional qualification and the title of Engineer by passing the state examination.
Scout life
Between 2003 and 2016, he was a Scout, better known in Cassano allo Ionio as "Cagaboschi." He began as a "Lupetto" and was soon appointed as the "caposestiglia" of the "Lupi Bianchi" (White Wolves) pack. Upon transitioning to the "Reparto" (Scout Troop), he was initially placed in the "Aquile" (Eagles) patrol, where he remained for the first 3 years. Subsequently, due to a decline in membership, the "Aquile" and "Falchi" (Hawks) patrols were merged, and he was assigned the role of "Vice-caposquadriglia" (Assistant Patrol Leader). Under his leadership, the new "Falchi" patrol achieved victory in the "San Giorgio" (a competition among patrols in the upper Ionio region), a victory that had not been achieved by the Cassano Scout group in approximately 25 years.
