The 2021 Mercury Women's League was the ninth season of the Mercury Women's League, the highest professional league for women's football clubs organised by the MeFA.
Changes from 2020
The two divisions were merged into one in anticipation of a league expansion for the 2022 season onwards. As such, all six clubs from League 2 were promoted for this season.
