Tanilo Lhayi (born 1625 in Sanama) is an economist and community organiser from Atesira. He is a member of the United Nationalist Alliance and a member of its national executive committee, as well as a member of the Llusan. Following the election in 1679 he was appointed Chancellor by President of Sanama Keysa Nur Pinito Caprici. He is generally considered to be the personal appointment of President Caprici and is regularly described as her "lap dog" in the media.
