Pallisican Foreign Office

To the extent that Passio-Corum is a member of the USSO, citizens of the Pallisican nation are eligible to receive USSO passports which allow them to travel freely across all of the alliance's member nations.

The Pallisican Foreign Office is responsible for the foreign affairs of Passio-Corum.

Despite its expansive trade networks, which extend across much of Micras' eastern hemisphere, and despite its involvement in foreign conflicts, the Greater Pallisican Trade Association is officially isolationist in its foreign policy. In general, the government of Passio-Corum only engages with foreign governments in matters relating to trade, and military interests. That said, the nation for a long time enjoyed very few, loosely enforced treaties with a handful of nations. This changed with the establishment of the USSO. In terms of enemies, Passio-Corum has none, although Jingdao was regarded as a national rival until in an ironic twist of fate it became a strong ally and trade partner.

Treaty of New Kirrie

The oldest and most important of the treaties involving Passio-Corum, the Treaty of New Kirrie established relations between New Zimia and Hamland. Despite the early promise of the treaty, and of the potential friendship between the two nations, New Zimian relations with Hamland have deteriorated as a result of disagreements relating to trade, as well as disagreements regarding the sovereignty of Passas.

Treaty of Mercury-Zimia

Formalized early in the history of Passio-Corum, the Treaty of Mercury-Zimia established relations between New Zimia and the Republic of Mercury. Relations between Mercury and New Zimia have contributed to scientific understandings of the Atos System.

Treaty of Republic of Interland - Realm of Passio-Corum

Similar to the Treaty of Mercury-Zimia, this treaty established relations between Passio-Corum and the former Republic of Interland.

Treaty on Cooperation and Euran Trade

The first treaty since the era of King Lucien IV to be signed between Passio-Corum and a foreign nation, this treaty laid the foundation for political and economic cooperation between New Zimia and the Kingdom of Constancia.

Treaty of Bel-Air

Signed in the late 890's WG, the Treaty of Bel-Air allowed for an important exchange of territory between Passio-Corum and Hamland.

Treaty of Voorpost

Signed in the midst of the Hammish Civil War, the Treaty of Voorpost allowed for the establishment of the Union of States around the Sovereign Oceans (USSO), an alliance between Craitland, Gerenia, Jingdao, Passio-Corum, and Xang Muang.

Replaced by the Union Treaty (July 2017).

An Official Trade Agreement between Vosenuvitia of Treisenberg and the Greater Pallisican Trade Association

This treaty laid the foundations for trade relations between Passio-Corum and Vosenuvitia.

An Official Trade Agreement between the Florian Republic and the Greater Pallisican Trade Association

This treaty allowed for the addition of the Florian Economic and International Trade Federation to the Port of Storms.
