Passio-Corum - Florian Republic (Treaty)

An Official Trade Agreement between the Florian Republic and the Greater Pallisican Trade Association

1. A brokerage will be established in which companies approved by the Office of Registrations of the Florian Republic may participate. This Brokerage will be named "Florian Economic and International Trade Federation."

2. Ships under the flag of the Florian Republic and registered as Florian ships with the Office of Registrations of the Florian Republic shall have the right to refuel at a reasonable market rate at all major commercial ports controlled by the Greater Pallisican Trade Association.

3. All items put into the Port of Storms, either arriving by ship or invested or assigned through electronic record-keeping system, that originate as property of the Florian Republic (taken henceforth to also include property of Florian businesses and property on Florian ships) remain property of the Florian Republic until a Bill of Sale is signed off to the Port of Storms, an associate of the the Port of Storms, or the new owner of the property. If no Bill of Sale is signed off, then that property remains part of the Florian Republic. All goods represented virtually in a Port of Storms system as the property of the Florian Republic are in fact the property of the Florian Republic, even if the Port of Storms system infrastructure is the property of the Port of Storms.

4. The Greater Pallisican Trade Association and the Florian Republic will engage in further cooperation in the area of trade and conclude further agreements as necessary in the process.

5. Either party must give 7 days public notice prior to this agreement going out of effect.
