Ragnar Filip Tarjeisson (1688- ), born in Elijah's Rest, Normark, to Tarjei Thorgilsson and an unknown participant in the N&H Future Leadership Programme. Bound by blood obligation to serve in the Elian Militia from his twenty-first birthday. Entered into the registers of the N&H National Sector Party for Normark from 1709 AN. The obligation to serve in the Elian Militia was deferred, at the request of Ragnar, until 1719 AN with the intervening decade being instead occupied by a career in the Nordhær. The obligation was however discarded in 1719 AN, owing to his elevation to the position of Prime Minister of Normark.
Rescued via an undisclosed special operation by the Raspur Pact in the course of Operation Northern Light during the East Keltian Collapse. Currently resident as a guest in the Imperial Palace, Astérapolis. Effectively the plenipotentiary mayor of New Konungshjem (formally titled, Governor via Autokratorial Decree) until elections in Constancia were announced for the end of 1742.
Trustee of the Normark Memorial Heritage Foundation beginning 1738.
