An Autokratorial Decree is a legislative document issued by the Autokrator of Constancia in accordance with constitutional powers granted by the Magna Carta of 1667, specifically Articles 5, 8, 9 and 17 thereof.
One example is the Autokratorial Decree On the Peoples of the Holy Mountain Dominion of Eklesia.
