Autokratorial Decree

An Autokratorial Decree is a legislative document issued by the Autokrator of Constancia in accordance with constitutional powers granted by the Magna Carta of 1667, specifically Articles 5, 8, 9 and 17 thereof.
Some examples are the Autokratorial Decree On the Peoples of the Holy Mountain Dominion of Eklesia, Autokratorial Decree On the Froyalanish Error, and the Autokratorial Decree on the Peoples of the Kingdom of Normark.
