New Konungshjem (In Norse: Ny-Konungshjem) is a refugee resettlement city created by Autokratorial Decree. It is located in Shahzamin.
History
Established during the East Keltian Collapse as a haven for subjects of Normark, in the course of Operation Northern Light and Operation Haven Shield, it was initially very hastily constructed using military and field tents deployed by members of the Imperial Constancian Armed Forces, and excess empty shipping containers. Later, construction via wood and light materials was initiated, followed by purpose-built housing contracted to ESB Construction and other builders. Priority area for Imperial Constancian Labor Service and National Service work until the end of 1742.
Humanist Institute of New Konungshjem inaugurated first day of 1751.
Government
New Konungshjem is governed as an autonomous city, in accordance with Normark law. Normark Prime Minister Ragnar Filip Tarjeisson served as the effective mayor until elections in Constancia were announced. The Einhornselskapet is the ruling party since 1746.
