On 17.I.1739, acting first secretary [[Marcus Avon-El Myksos]] nominated [[Velibor Jovanović-Smičić]], Knjaz of [[Northern Coria]], to the office of First Secretary. The nomination was initially met with no opposition in the Senate. After the Senate had considered the motion in committee, Marcus Avon-El moved to elect Knjaz Velibor on 15.II.1739. Despite the lack of opposition to the nomination in the Senate, the humanists opposed the move to vote on the motion. Following this time, the humanists convinced the conservatives to join their opposition to the vote. On 20.III.1739, the majority in the Senate (conservatives and humanists) resolved not to vote on the nomination of [[Velibor Jovanović-Smičić]], Knjaz of [[Northern Coria]], to the office of First Secretary.

The secretariat of Marcus Avon-El Myksos is the present executive of the Order of the Holy Lakes (Hurmu) since 15.XII.1738. It succeeded the secretariat of Tsatse Vaykok. It is a caretaker executive, taking automatic power upon the resignation of Tsatse Vaykok, and remains in place until the election of a new First Secretary.

On 17.I.1739, acting first secretary Marcus Avon-El Myksos nominated Velibor Jovanović-Smičić, Knjaz of Northern Coria, to the office of First Secretary. The nomination was initially met with no opposition in the Senate. After the Senate had considered the motion in committee, Marcus Avon-El moved to elect Knjaz Velibor on 15.II.1739.
