It is a caretaker executive, taking automatic power upon the resignation of Tsatse Vaykok, and remains in place until the election of a new First Secretary.
On 17.I.1739, acting first secretary Marcus Avon-El Myksos nominated Velibor Jovanović-Smičić, Knjaz of Northern Coria, to the office of First Secretary. The nomination was initially met with no opposition in the Senate. After the Senate had considered the motion in committee, Marcus Avon-El moved to elect Knjaz Velibor on 15.II.1739.
