Joshua Aradoika was born 1436 and was foreign minister in Hurmu between 1476–1479 when he went missing. There has been a lot of rumours and speculations what happend to him. He was a close student and friend of Hallgrím Aðalgeirsson, Hurmu's first president. Together, they were instrumental in establishing Hurmu as an independent and united country.

He was, for a time, married Lelyonna Vialundo. They had a son together, Ansur, who married Kanja Baldsdottir Isammaður – whose grandchild Sara Rikjudottir Isammaður married Prince Daniel, and thus is an ancestor of the Order of the Holy Lakes Line of Daniel Kalirion.
