Tanilo Lhayi (born 1625 in Sanama) is an economist and community organiser from Anesira. He is a member of the United Nationalist Alliance and a member of its national executive committee, as well as a member of the Llusan. Following the election in 1679 he was appointed Chancellor by President Nur Pinito Caprici. He is generally considered to be the personal appointment of President Caprici.
