The secretariat of Utas Ayreon-Kalirion is the present executive of the Order of the Holy Lakes (Hurmu) from 7.X.1751. It succeeded the Secretariat of Talal Sayfasad following the 1751 Senate of the Lakes election.

Executive Directives
Executive Directives are written instructions issued in an official capacity by the First Secretary of State.
- Executive Directive No. 1 (7.X.1751): In accordance with Section 10 of the Nationality Act of the Order of the Holy Lakes, the Bureau of Nationality shall report to the Ministry of Justice and the Office of the Attorney General effective 8.X.1751.
- Executive Directive No. 2 (8.X.1751): Upon recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Economic Affairs, Princess-Senator Eva, I reconstitute the Hurmu Credit Union and I confirm the following appointments to the Board of the Hurmu Credit Union: Princess-Senator Eva, Anastasia, Countess of Samhold and Karnamark, and Chancellor Marcus Avon-El Myksos .
