It is also commonly known as the Hydro Radio Broadcasting Network Association (Phineaner: Persatuan Rangkaian Penyiaran Radio Hydro). It was established on April 2, -8BP as a second FM network in Phinbella after PFN. HRN also competes healthily with the national and local KBS FM Stereo network, PFN, JFL and even MegaNet.
