KBS Voice of the Special Administrative Regions (Phineaner: KBS Suara Wilayah Pentadbiran Khas; Jawi: KBS سوارا ولايه ڤنتدبيرن جاص; Petrosian: KBS Suara Daerah Administrasi Khusus; Taesongean: KBS 특별행정구의 소리), formerly known as KBS 12Radio (Phineaner: Radio KBS Saluran 12; Taesongean: KBS 제12라디오) atau Radio 12 Special Administrative Regions Service (Phineaner: Radio 12 Perkhidmatan Wilayah Pentadbiran Khas; Petrosian: Radio 12 Pelayanan Daerah Administrasi Khusus), is a regional radio station owned and operated by Keopuchean Broadcasting System, a Phinbellan public broadcaster. Voice of the Special Administrative Region service broadcasts from the North Floor, The Nilam Puri Broadcasting Complex, Negara Awan and it is dedicated to listeners in the Phinbellan special administrative territories of Kota Hilir, Tri-State Area, Tanah Baharu and Oriental Hispanioéire Taemhwan. Voice of the Special Administrative Region broadcasts and delivers news and information as well as Federal government policy for the special administrative territories, it includes broadcasting entertainment programs and other program contents including culture and arts, finance, life services, etc. Covering the regions of Kota Hilir, Tri-State Area, Tanah Baharu and Oriental Hispanioéire Taemhwan and surrounding border areas, the national level radio station broadcasting in Phineaner (including Phinbellan and Petrosian) and Common Tongue, this radio station changed its name to current name as of September 1, RP 2615, and in addition to the original Phineaner and Common Tongue shows, also added broadcasts of local Phineaner dialects (Hiliorian, Gangwol and Taemhwanian Phineaner). Started broadcasting on October 1, RP 2600, Voice of the Special Administrative Region service is broadcast daily from 06:55 to 00:00 NAT the next day (08:15 to 01:20 PPT/09:55 to 03:00 TBST).

Frequencies
At the beginning of the service, the broadcast was transmitted through a frequencies that covered Kota Hilir and the Tri-State Area only, as well as frequencies that covered other former special administrative territories whose transmissions were terminated at the end of RP 2618, while in Cyberaya in 10 July RP 2619, however Plazas de Irian can only receive broadcasts of this service via frequencies from the Tri-State Area. In RP 2619, the frequency for the Kantō-shū Islands transmitted but ended on 14 August. The frequencies to covering Tanah Baharu began to be transmitted on April 24, RP 2619, and to covering Oriental Hispanioéire Taemhwan was began transmitted on October 15, RP 2619 including shortwave in the city of Charlotte Amalie and Oyan Town.
