The visa policy of the Free and Associative Kingdom of Constancia is governed by Constancian law, specifically, the Borders Act 1632, the Borders Control Agency Act 1635, the International Recognition Act 1636, the Criminal Code Act 1656, and any international treaties that the Kingdom is party to.
Foreigners who have entered the Kingdom with the permission of the Government (by treaty, visa, or invitation) are protected by the laws of the Free and Associative Kingdom. Foreigners are criminally and civily liable for any offences caused by them during their stay in the Kingdom.
Persons who are not subjects of His Constancian Majesty, yet reside or dwell or are present, for whatever purpose, within the Free and Associative Kingdom of Constancia, with or without lawful authority to do so, are deemed to be subjects of His Constancian Majesty for the purposes of the Criminal Code.
With the establishment of the Imperial State of Constancia, some liberalization with respect to visa and immigration policy has taken place. These arrangements are current as of 1684.
