The Raspur Pact Occupation of Zeed, officially referred to as the Military Government of Zeed or more often simply as Zeed, is located in south-western region of the continent of Eura.
Article 16. The Revolutionary Government in Rusjar shall reconstitute as a Transitional Government that is fundamentally nationalist and humanist in its essential character.
As a direct consequence of the Third Euran War and military adventurism of its leaders, as well as the 1701 Armistice of Alduria City, Zeed is presently being transformed from a federative socialist Union of relatively autonomous republics, to a fundamentally nationalist and humanist state.
Constituent Republics
As of 17 Nawruz 1689, the Union comprised five autonomous republics: Ashad Republic, Ḡur Republic, Republic of Malirusenia, Republic of Nyongolo and the Ruthenian Republic. However, conflicts have still raged on, and no set borders have yet to be official decided or considered internally recognized. In 1693 the Republic of Garujulia was formed. The Ghur Republic was however ceded to the Suren after the Third Euran War.
Government & Politics of Zeed
Article 13. An appointed deputy of the High Representative of Trans-Euran Command shall be attached to the Revolutionary Government in Rusjar to safeguard Pact interests and to supervise the establishment of a Transitional Government.
In accordance with the 1701 Armistice of Alduria City, a High Representative of Trans-Euran Command and Supreme Plenipotentiary, in the person of Jost Grobba, an Imperial Senator of Constancia and son of the esteemed Joachim Grobba. As the leader of Zeed at the moment of its capitulation, there was some consideration given to putting Sergey Ilych Chernavyin on trial as a war criminal prior to his execution. However, after a prolonged period of uncertainty, he once again began to appear at public ceremonies and in the state controlled press, being referred to under his previous title as General Secretary. In spite of his it is clear that he is no-longer head of state in any meaningful sense, and in reality operates as the individual responsible for implementing the decisions of the High Representative via the civilian government.
Foreign affairs
It is a party to the Fontainebleau Accords and a member of the Euran Economic Union. It remains a member of the Micras Treaty Organisation, and was further inducted into the Raspur Pact under the terms of the 1701 Armistice.
