The Aemilian Federation is a country, most of which lies in the southeast of Cibola, with overseas areas in Apollonia and Corum. The Aemilian Federation has eight constituent states, it succeeded the Confoederatio Aemilia when it was established in 1739, the Confoederatio Aemilia in turn was a successor state to the Sankt Ludwigshafen and Lanzerwald republics. The nation's capital city is Stadt Taktwinkel, while its most populous city is Stadt Sankt Rosa. The federation was established as part of the aemilification of the nations territories, a cultural and political process that sought to forge a stronger national identity, including the establishment of a single national language, the Cibolan-Saxon language written in the Aemilian script, an updated version of the Ludwiggian script.
