General information

Structure

The FMF executive is comprised of six individuals; the President, Vice-President, and the four heads of confederation. They, along with the Junior member, having voting rights on issues concerning the FMF, including selection of the World Cup and continental championship hosts. If one of the six individuals is unable to vote (ie due to a conflict of interest), the junior member will vote in their place. Several other non-executive positions exist, and these are given to people are trusted to sim matches or organise tournaments by the FMF, but who have no official position with the executive.

Confederations

The FMF is split up into four confederations that organise football in their respective regions. Each of the confederations organise their own confederational championship, along with their own club competitions. Although each confederation is run by a confederation president, in practise, the tournaments are run by the FMF executive as a whole.

FMF World Cup	Held every other year (odd numbered years). Open to all through qualification process. Every nation is entered automatically.
FMF Confederations Cup	Held every other year (even numbered years), during the qualification process of the continental championships.
Copa Apollonia	Held every other year (even numbered years), continental championships for AEFA, all AEFA members are entered automatically.
CiboTap Championships	Held every other year (even numbered years), continental championships for CTFA, all CTFA members are entered automatically.
EMU Championships	Held every other year (even numbered years), continental championships for EMUFA, all EMUFA members are entered automatically.
Benacia Cup	Held every other year (even numbered years), continental championships for WMFA, all WMFA members are entered automatically.
Emerging Nations Cup	Held every year, for the nations with the two weakest qualification records in each confederation.
