2012–13 EMUFA Champions' League
The 2012–13 EMUFA Champions' League is the third edition of the EMUFA Champions' League, which began on 3 October 2012 with the Qualifying round and ended in early 2013. Twenty-one teams participated in the competition from fifteen nations.

Notes
- HAM: Morfaga North Rangers qualified automatically as winners of the 2011 EMUFA Champions' League. FC Garrak finished second in the 2012 Hamland Premier League, but were not awarded a place. Third-placed Porapa FC were awarded Hamland's champions place, while New Kirrie Thistle took Hamland's second qualifying place as winners of the 2012 Hamland Cup.

Quarter-finals
The quarter-finals were played over a two legs, with the first leg being played on 9 January 2013. Ties were settled by the away goals rule, then extra time and penalties if there was still no winner.

Semi-finals
The semi-finals were held over a two legs, with the first leg played on 23 January 2013. Ties were settled by the away goals rule, then extra time and penalties if there was still no winner.

Final
The final was held over a single match, played on 6 February 2013 at a neutral venue.
