The Provincial Leagues' Championship was created in 2012 to link the seven original provincial leagues with the Gerenian League 3. The first edition of the tournament was contested in 2013. Between 2015 and 2016, with the reorganisation of the football leagues of the country (which included the creation of the [[Samarne League]], the format was altered.


The winners of the leagues of [[Barzat League#Barzat Division 1|Barzat]], [[Clements League#Clements Division 1|Clements]], [[Isherwood League#Isherwood Division 1|Erstveda]], [[Maremedres League#Maremedres Division 1|Maremedres]], and [[Ramez League#Ramez Division 1|Ramez]], participate in the Mayfield Cup. The winners of the leagues of [[Adarma League#Adarma Division 1|Adarma]] and [[Sängeran-West League#Sängeran-West Division 1|Sängeran-West]] participate in the New Adarma Cup.

The Gerenian Provincial Leagues' Championship is a football competition contested by the winners of the eight Gerenian Provincial Leagues. The competition awards promotion for the Gerenian League 3.

The Provincial Leagues' Championship was created in 2012 to link the seven original provincial leagues with the Gerenian League 3. The first edition of the tournament was contested in 2013.
