Shield of the Khan of Vijayanagara, in Babkhi tradition. The top half refers to the Shah of Babkha, and the bottom half represents the god B'caw, to whom the city of Vijayanagara was donated in 1493.

Khan of Vijayanagara is a BabkhanElwynnese title of nobility, bestowed in 1500 by Shah Tahmaseb on Ardashir Khan Osmani following the latter's abdication as Duke of Elwynn. Upon his death in 1529, it was bequeathed to his brother Ardashir Moqtada al-Osmani, from whom it has since been succeeded to according to the rules of agnatic primogeniture.
