Presidential elections were held in Massat on 6 Sonnuber 1686. Since no candidate received a majority of the vote, a second round was held on 12 Sonnuber. Fumiko Ayagawa was elected for a term that ran from 1 Friedeber 1686 to 24 Sonnuber 1689.
