Electra Kairo Johanna Penguinwaffels, is a lich-adepta and princess of East Zimia and the Wallis Islands and Nidaros. The only child of Queen Mina II and her consort, Prince Hans, she has been the reigning Queen of Western Corum since I.I.1752 AN.

Electra Penguinwaffels was accidentally born on 7.XIV.1746 AN, a mere two months after her parents' marriage, when a power surge disrupted her amniotic tank during the royal couple's visit to Corum Electric City. Named a major general in the East Zimian and Wallisian War League at the age of three years and nine months, she proceeded to conquer the city of Assek and subsequently founded the Assek Protectorate on 1.I.1751 AN.
She is the creator and host of the children's television series Science With Sparks.
