Electra Kairo Johanna Penguinwaffels, is a lich-adepta and princess of East Zimia and the Wallis Islands and Nidaros. The only child of Queen Mina II and her consort, Prince Hans, she has been the reigning Queen of Western Corum since I.I.1752 AN.

Electra Penguinwaffels was born in the Royal Palace at [[Corum Electric City] on 7.XIV.1746 AN, when a freak power surge disrupted the amniotic tank in which she was gestating during the royal couple's visit to the newly-proclaimed realm of Western Corum. The unexpected location and timing of her birth- occurring shortly after the establishment of the realm and a mere two months after her parents' marriage- was interpreted as evidence of a profound spiritual connection between the young princess and the region, with local devotees of the Sombre Path soon acclaiming her as an enlightened one, destined to one day rule over Western Corum.

Named a major general in the East Zimian and Wallisian War League at the age of three years and nine months, Electra subsequently conquered the city of Assek and founded the Assek Protectorate on 1.I.1751 AN. Appointed viceroy of Western Corum on 20.VIII.1751 AN, she ascended its throne a few months later when it became an associated realm of East Zimia and the Wallis Islands on 1.I.1752 AN.

She is the creator and host of the children's television series Science With Sparks.

Personal life

Queen Electra is known as Sparks within her family. She is reportedly very close to her cousin Kaiser Ayreon VI, who was born on the same day. In 1750 AN, a foreign diplomat described the then four-year-old princess as "friendly and energetic, but with an unfortunate habit of emitting static electricity when over-excited."
