The Ministry of Stability, formerly known as the Ministry of World Peace is one of the three main branches of the Grand Secretariat. It utilises the Imperial Tributary System to interact with the outside world, while it's also responsible for delivering justice both abroad as at home. It's located at Changgong Headquarters in Daocheng. The current minister is Tzao Yao.
