History
Maulikpur Police FC was founded in 2022 as a football organisation associated with the police sporting community of Maulikpur. The club was established to promote football among local players and develop a professional team capable of representing the city in national competition. Although the organisation developed from police sporting traditions, its senior football programme later expanded to include players from the wider community.
During its early years, Maulikpur Police FC developed a senior men's squad and established professional training arrangements. The club adopted Emerald Arena as its home stadium. The large stadium helped establish Maulikpur as an important venue for domestic and international football.
Defenders Jay Sandhu and Irfan Mohanan were included in the Çakaristan national football team squad ahead of the friendly matches associated with the 2025 FMF World Cup campaign. Their selection strengthened the club's reputation as a contributor to national football.
The club established a women's football section during the expansion of women's football in Çakaristan in 2024. The women's team developed a separate professional squad and coaching staff. Defenders Priya Sharma and Sunita Devi were selected for the Çakaristan national women's football team for the 2025 Tea Cup.
In 2026, the Çakaristan Football Federation expanded the top men's league and renamed it the Çakari Super League. Maulikpur Police FC retained its place in the highest division for the 2026–27 season. The women's team became one of sixteen founding participants in the 2026–27 Çakari Women's Football League.
