Commonly known as the Queens, the club was established to promote women's football in Amravana and provide opportunities for female footballers to compete at a professional level. The club plays its home matches at Amravana Sports Ground, which has a capacity of 12,000 spectators.
Amravana Queens FC maintains a sporting partnership with FC Amravana, a men's football club competing in the Çakari Football League, the second division of the national football system. The Queens were selected as one of sixteen founding participants in the inaugural 2026–27 season.
History
Amravana Queens FC was founded in 2025 by a group of local sports organisers, educators and supporters of women's football. The establishment of the club followed the growing popularity of women's football in Çakaristan, particularly after the creation of the Çakaristan national women's football team in 2024.
The founders aimed to create an independent women's football organisation that could provide competitive opportunities for players from Amravana and nearby communities. The club's name, "Queens", was chosen to reflect confidence, determination and the ambition to become one of the leading women's football clubs in the country.
During its first year, Amravana Queens FC concentrated on recruiting players, forming a senior team and establishing training arrangements. The club organised local friendly matches and training camps while developing relationships with schools and community sporting organisations.
In 2026, the Çakaristan Football Federation announced the establishment of the Çakari Women's Football League. The competition brought together sixteen women's football clubs representing various regions of Çakaristan.
Amravana Queens FC was included among the founding participants. The 2026–27 season marked the club's debut in national professional football.
