Both teams represent Praant Shahar and share the club's sporting identity and principal facilities.
The men's team competes in the Çakari Super League, the highest division of men's professional football in Çakaristan. The women's team participates in the Çakari Women's Football League. Both teams play their home matches at Azure Park, a football stadium in Praant Shahar with a capacity of 11,026 spectators. History
Green Boys was founded in 1709 AN as a football organisation representing Praant Shahar. The city, previously known as Harit Shahar, was founded in 1689 AN and developed into an important urban centre of Korhalistan. The creation of Green Boys followed the growth of organised sport in Praant Shahar and the surrounding communities. The club developed its identity around its historical connection to Praant Shahar and the wider region. Azure Park was constructed in 1709 AN and became the club's traditional home ground.
During the following decades, Green Boys developed as an established football organisation in Praant Shahar. The club maintained a local supporter base and participated in regional football activities. Its long association with Azure Park contributed to the development of a distinctive sporting tradition within the city.
Following the establishment of the Çakari Football League in 2021, football in Çakaristan became increasingly organised at national level. Green Boys became associated with the national professional football structure and developed its senior squad to compete against clubs from other regions of the country. The club's participation in domestic football helped strengthen the sporting profile of Praant Shahar.
International representation
Green Boys has contributed players to the Çakaristan national football team. Forward Asish Sharma was included in the national squad assembled ahead of the friendly matches associated with the 2025 FMF World Cup campaign. His selection reflected the club's contribution to the development of football in Çakaristan.
Establishment of Green Ladies
In 2024, the club established a women's football section under the name Green Ladies. The creation of the women's team formed part of the wider development of women's football in Çakaristan. The establishment of the Çakaristan national women's football team in the same year encouraged clubs throughout the country to expand opportunities for female footballers.
Green Ladies developed a separate senior squad and technical staff while retaining a close relationship with the existing Green Boys organisation. Goalkeeper Ritu Kumar and midfielder Noor Abbas were selected for the national women's team squad for the 2025 Tea Cup.
League restructuring in 2026
In 2026, the Çakaristan Football Federation introduced a major restructuring of domestic football. The former top-tier Çakari Football League was renamed the Çakari Super League and expanded from eight to 24 clubs.
Green Boys joined the expanded competition for the 2026–27 season. At the same time, Green Ladies became one of sixteen founding participants in the Çakari Women's Football League. The 2026–27 season marked a new stage in the history of the organisation, with both senior teams participating in national professional football competitions.
Stadium
Azure Park
Azure Park is the home stadium of Green Boys and Green Ladies. The stadium is located in Praant Shahar, Çakaristan, and was constructed in 1709 AN. It has a capacity of 11,026 spectators and a natural grass playing surface.
Azure Park is closely associated with the history of Green Boys, having served as the club's traditional home ground since its foundation. The stadium also provides facilities for training and community sporting activities.
The men's and women's teams share Azure Park as their principal home ground. Match schedules and training arrangements are coordinated between the two sections. The club also uses the stadium and associated sporting facilities to support youth development.
Club identity
Name and nickname
