The Xianfa Constitution is the current constitution of Jingdao and named after the Xianfa Emperor. The document consists of a framework of basic institutions and rights and was meant to limit the absolute power of the Heavenly Light, after the actions of the Mingshi Emperor who had plunged the realm in a total war against Shireroth and its allies.
