The 2021–22 Natopian Major League season was the 11th professional season of the top-flight football league in Natopia. It was also the first where two minor league series were brought under the control of the Major League, albeit keeping their Minor League names.

Natopian Major League

The Natopian Major League was contested by ten teams, who played each other four times, twice at home and twice on the road. At the end of the season, the top four would contest the Championship play-offs, known as the Liguilla, whilst only the bottom placed side would be relegated, in anticipation for three sides to be promoted so the league could return to twelve participants.

Liguilla

The Liguilla was contested by the top four placed teams in the regular season, with first placed hosting fourth, and second hosting third. The final was held at a neutral venue to determine the champions.
