Vegno took part in Microvision Song Contest 2022 with the song "Un nuovo bacio" by Gigi D’Alessio. The song is sung in Vegnian. This act was performed eighteenth in this year's contest.
The song was the winning song of the first Festival di Sancrus, the Vegnese music festival. It's a song about love and how it should be lived, and therefore a hymn to the happiness of the couple.
