Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï, commonly known officially as the Territory of Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï (Phineaner: Wilayah Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï) is a dependent territory of Phinbella located in northwestern Keltia, already far from the Cyber-Island Chain. The territory is a territory established as a concession by Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï Chartered Company based on the mainland of Phinbella. It is administered by the Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï Chartered Company itself and the Phinbellan Department of Infrastructure, Transportation, Cities, Regional Development and Local Government.
The territory of Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï is surrounded by The Green and borders the State of HaNihitland to the south and southeast, as well as the enclave of the Lac Glaceian military administrated Rousilion to the west, also has a maritime border with the Dark Berry Islands. Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï has an area of 315,189 square kilometers, and most of the east and south coasts of this uninhabited territory are not part of any administrative division in the territory, yet it is made a national park. The territory has a population of 4,082,880 people at the record of RP 2617. Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï has two different climates, but both have different winters and summers according to the particular area, and it also has a relatively extensive pine forest. The territory also has long mountain ranges in the middle, southeast and south of the territory. The main river in the territory has not been officially named, and is estimated to be 462 kilometers long and has a basin. Mount Puncak Tora Aman is the highest peak in the territory with a height of 3,082 meters.
The main economy in Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï is agriculture and produces timber for export to the mainland of the Free area of the Federation and Oriental Hispanioéire Taemhwan, as well as to Forajasaki. And Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï is also a place that has several oil palm estates, and also cocoa plantations. The population of Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï consists of Tōnán'hyôrïans, a hybrid or mixed ethnic community native to this territory, and the other ethnicities are Sam-Sam Laut, Tyodongs, Muruts, Yapreayans, Gogobugians, Xenovians, Ryukchiners, Hulontaloans, Indians and Taesongeans, as well as having significant communities of Sino-Keltians, Jings, Indokistani and Arbors refugees. Most of the Yapreayan and Gogobugian communities in Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï are currently employed on the Chartered Company estates. Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï was also used as a migration destination for Sino-Keltian workers from the mainland of the Free area of the Federation to participate in economic activities in this territory.

Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï is the largest dependent territory in Phinbella, even in the Phineonesian Confederation. It covers an area of 315,189 square kilometers, borders The Green to the north and HaNihitland to the south, and has a maritime border with the Dark Berry Islands to the west. Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï is also bordered by an enclave in the west of the territory, where it is a Lac Glaceian military administrated territory called Rousilion with the town of Crecy as its base of operations, this military base was located due to the ongoing war situation in the Dark Berry Islands. Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï has a total of 912 kilometers of coastline. Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï territory is between latitude 42.3° to 50.3°N and longitude 45° to 51.1°E. The coastal area in Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï is dominated by white sandy beaches, while little of the coastal area is cliff area. A total of 62 percent of this territory area is forest area, of which 38 percent is pine tree forest, 14 percent is rainforest and 10 percent is mangrove forest, the rest of this territory area is used for oil palm plantations brought from the Phinbellan mainland and Forajasaki. Almost all areas in Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï are mountainous and contain the two highest mountains, as well as having three mountain ranges. The main mountain range in this territory is the Koi Cosma Range where there are hills and mountains of different heights between 750 meters to 3700 meters, and it stretches from central to south, and is located in the central and southeastern part of the territory. Another is the Komusari Range with its main mountain, Gunung Senyum which is 1,420 meters high, which is located in the northern part of the territory and it is the natural boundary between this territory and The Green. The highest peak in Tanaha Tōnán'hyôrï is located in the Koi Cosma Range, named Mount Puncak Tora Aman which is about 3,082 meters high. This mountain is the second after Mount Vaektu or Mount Hagemaru located on the Phinbellan mainland which is about 3,956 meters high.
The land and hilly areas of Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï are necessarily traversed by rivers and their basins except in the northern hinterland of this territory. Although the area of this territory is very wide, there are several rivers in this territory mostly in the west coast, central and southern areas of this territory, about 260 rivers. Most of these 260 rivers have not been named, including the longest main river in the territory, it has not been officially named.
Most of the population in this territory lives in the west coast and central areas, as well as in the low hilly areas in the south, in fact all the towns and settlements in this territory are situated in those areas. While the southern coastal area and the eastern hinterland of this territory are uninhabited, then the area also does not form or is not part of any part of its administration or administrative collectivity in this territory. On the other hand, this uninhabited area can be used as a national park in this territory.
Climate
The land of Tōnán'hyôrï is located in the western or northwestern part of the Keltian continent, where it has a subarctic climate (Köppen: Dsd) on the west and south coasts and in the southeast with dry summers and extreme winters, and a humid continental climate (Köppen: Dwa) in the central part of the territory with very hot summers and dry winters. The territory experiences the Tōnán'hyôrïan monsoon in the southeast where it occurs between April to August with heavy rainfall and in the northwest it occurs between October to February with the occurrence of thick snowstorms and light rain. The average daily temperature in this territory in the usually cold and freezing winters is between −10.8 °C and 7.9 °C, while in the hot summers it is between 20.7 °C and 32.5 °C, it has a moderate amount of rainfall from 700 to 2000 millimeters.
Government

Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï is a non-self-governing territory, it is administered under the concession of the Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï Chartered Company and the Department of Infrastructure, Transportation, Cities, Regional Development and Local Government. The administrative system in this territory is the same as in the Phinbellan mainland, only it is based on the administrative structure in the Phinbellan Maritime Territories. As the area of the territory was larger, it was divided into five residencies; Rompin Residency, North Tōnán'hyôrï Residency, Pertengahan Gong Residency, Jementoh Residency and Interior Residency, and one unincorporated area. Residencies are divided into twelve collectivities and three autonomous sub-districts and each collectivity and autonomous sub-districts are each run by a collectivity officer.
The legal system in the Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï is under the jurisdiction of the Chartered Company, and it is a separate legal system. However, an administrator who administered this territory was appointed by President of Phinbella and lived in this territory. The head of government in this territory is a chairman of the Council for Sustainable Government, of which he will chair. The Council for Sustainable Government serves as the government cabinet in this territory. The unicameral legislature in this territory is empowered by the concessionaire, the number of seats received by each residencies is determined by the population, currently no elections in this territory are held.
In the Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï Act 2618, the law of this territory is separate from the law of the Free area of the Federation, just as the law in the Phinbella Maritime Territories is also separate and distinct. Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï is not under the jurisdiction of certain autonomous entities, this Chartered Company has established many public services.

At the beginning of RP 2618, the population of Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï will be 4,082,880 people, with a density of 13 people per square kilometer. Since the Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï Chartered Company administered the territory, the population in the territory has increased as a result of migration from the Phinbellan Mainland. These settlers initially consisted of the Phineaners and Taesongean communities, but later immigrants were the Ryukchiner, Batavian and Boers communities from the Rimba Raya and Pos Appat. Followed also by later settlers from the Finns or Yaarrish and Irish community living in the Oriental Hispanioéire Taemhwan were also brought to this territory. Many settler settlements and estates are found in this territory. Eurphineonesian communities such as the Yapreayan and Pyeongrang Martians, as well as alien communities such as the Gogobugian, Xenovian, Cubulus and Martians were brought to Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï to be laborers on estates and road construction sites, as well as workers in shops, restaurants and brothels. Prior to the arrival of the settlers to this territory, the early population in this territory which consists of indigenous groups including Tyodong and also the Murut community who are natives of the Phinbellan mainland who migrated to this territory was about 120,000 people. Most of the indigenous communities including Tyodong and Murut are the majority in the interior areas of the territory, but have now declined by 4 to 10 percent as a result of the growth of the settler population in this territory. The migration of immigrants from mainland Phinbellan and from outside Phinbella has led to an increase in population from 100,000 in -20BP to 650,000 in -10BP and to 780,000 in -5BP.

Tōnán'hyôrïans are a Eurphinonesian ethnic group native to the Tanah Tōnán'hyôrï, which is a mixture of the races and cultures of Phineaner, Taesongean, Irish, Finns, Ryukchiners, Sangunese and Peranakan settlers with Yapreayan, Jewish, Gogobugian and Cubulus slaves. Already many groups of slave communities including those of Jewish descent were assimilated with the settler community through intermarriage, this community has emerged since the increase in population in this territory, and this community had its own culture and had a strong influence from the Phineaner and Yapreayan community. Under the rule of the Chartered Company, not only the Yapreayan community and the Phinbellan aliens community had been recruited by the company, but the Federation Islands Sangunese community was also recruited to this territory to be made laborers in new areas or participate in various economic activities in this territory. The Sino-Keltian community including the Peranakans were also brought to this territory for the same purpose. The majority of the Sino-Keltian communities in this territory are Hoklo and Hakka groups, of which the Hoklo group comes from the Territory of Kota Hilir and the Straits Settlements, however the population of the Hoklo group is declining due to migration to its place of origin, with a shortfall of 15 percents. The Hakkas in this territory is mostly immigrants and their descendants coming from the Taemhwanian Mainland counties and from the Keijinshin metropolitan region, as well as locally born Hakkas. As well as there are also Cantonese communities from the Territory of Flower and Negara Awan who mostly work as civil servants and government employees. The Sam-Sam Laut community appeared in this territory since the provisional Phinbellan government, they remained with their customs and some came as traders in the territory. The settlement of the Sam-Sam Laut community is in the coastal area of this territory.
Tanahi Tōnán'hyôrï also has a significant expatriate community, which consists of Indokistani and Forajasakian communities, as well as has the Arbors refugee community, it is found in urban areas including in the capital of this territory.
